In 2012, the Midway Booster Club (MBC) joined our surrounding communities of Welcome, Arcadia, Reeds, and Churchland to form the Davidson County Youth Soccer Association (DCYSA). Later, the league was joined by Davis Townsend, Fair Grove, South Davidson, Southwood/Southmont and Friendship. DCYSA is governed by the North Carolina Youth Soccer Association (NCYSA) and has been recognized as one of the number one recreational leagues in the state.
DCYSA’s Mission Statement
To offer a strong character centered soccer program for children and families, developing sportsmanship and athletic skills, all while promoting the beautiful game of soccer and making memories that last a lifetime.
Midway Booster Club - DCYSA offers Fall and Spring Seasons of Recreational Soccer for players 2-14 years of age. In order to register, athletes must live within the area zoned for Midway Elementary or a surrounding community without a DCYSA soccer program available.
What is Recreational Soccer?
Recreational soccer is the entry level of soccer that the Davidson County Youth Soccer League offers. This level is available to players from age 2 through 14. Recreational is intended for players just entering soccer or those who simply enjoy the game and do not wish to participate in the more competitive Player Development, Challenge, or Classic levels.

What's included with my registration? One game day jersey and game socks.
Practice Schedules vary coach to coach.
For U4/6 Divisions - Expect one practice/wk, one game on Saturday (8) and one End-of-Season Game.
For our U8/10/12/14 Divisions - Expect two practices/wk with 8 regular season games on Saturdays (no more than 45 min travel time). The End-of-Season Games begin the week after the regular season games end.
Admission:
Regular season games, $3 per person 16 years and older. End-of-Season games, $5 per person 16 years and older. Coaches enter free with current coaches card (must show card). Click to view game locations.
